
According to the September report the Metropolitan Police Department followed up on 49,366 civil complaints and reports. Of these civil complaints 61.2 percent were criminal cases and the remaining 33.9 percent were administrative offences.
Since the first quarter of 2013, 11,338 crimes have been reported to the Metropolitan Police Department. This figure is 22.5 percent higher than the same period of last year.
The current 53.5 percent crime detection is lower by 3.1 percent than the same period of last year.
There is an increase by 76 percent of pocket-picking, 61.2 percent of livestock theft, 47.5 percent of others property defraud, 45.8 percent of theft, 43.6 percent of robbery and 20 percent of human trafficking cases.
However, violation of laws on forestry reduced by 50 percent, tax avoidance reduced by 33.3 percent, murder 19.3 percent and vehicle theft by 16.9 percent.
According to the report 53.4 percent of law breakers are unemployed. Arrests of repeat offenders among the unemployed and drunken suspects have increased. In the three quarters reports in 2013 crimes are blamed for 331 death and 4,095 injuries.
