S.Javhklan, one of the most popular singers in Mongolia filed a lawsuit against Mobicom Corporation. A joint Mongolian-Japanese venture, Mobicom is the largest mobile phone operator.

The singer made a claim to the Court that Mobicom sold his songs via HiTone to subscribers without copyrights and benefitted over 300 million MNT from it alone. This is not the first time that a singer has filed against Mobicom over a copyright violation issue. However the cases never previously came to light. This time one of the most-loved singers said that he will fight against copyright violation.
