Visitors who head to the Ukraine for more than three months should apply for a visa according to a new regulation. Mongolian students who are to study in the Ukraine are to apply for a Ukrainian visa.

Ukraine will decide whether or not to grant non-resident permits in the country based on a visa.

Visitors do not need to apply for a visa for the following years. There will be an arrangement to extend a non-resident permit.

Student visas will be issued based on a university invitation at the Embassy of Ukraine in Beijing, China.
