The Business Council of Mongolia will hold the “Mongolian Mining Summit 2013” in Australia on issues surrounding the coal industry between 29th and 31st October 2013.

During the summit parties will discuss the possible risks to new investors in the coal sector, environmental issues, training for employees and how to solve infrastructure issues.

Ch.Otgochuluu, Director General of the Department of Strategic Policy and Planning in the Ministry of Mining will give a speech about the development and approach of the mineral sector of Mongolia. Jim Dwyer, the Executive Director of Business Council of Mongolia will talk about the past, present and future of foreign investment in Mongolia whereas the Executive Director of the Mongolian National Mining Association N.Algaa will give a speech on the present and future conditions of construction in the Mongolian mining sector. The role of Mongolian coking coal in Chinese market will also be discussed by the President and Chief Representative at Anglo American, Graeme Hancock.

There will be a discussion on the “Obstacles facing the fastest growing market in the world” involving the CEO of Energy Resource LLC, G. Battsengel, Vice Director of Aspire Mining, David Paull, and representatives from other companies.
