During the holiday of the National celebration, Naadam special permission for vehicles in the Central Stadium, Khui doloon khudag or Horse Racing finish site are needed.

This year there are seven different kind of special permissions: А (a), Ж (j), Д (d), Ү (u), Г (g), green М (green m), red М (red m).

А (a), Ж (j) and Д (d) permissions will be issued by the Ulaanbaatar City Mayor`s Office for 20,000 MNT,  Ү (u) permission will be issued by District offices for 10,000 MNT, red M (red m) and Г (g)  permissions for 10,000 MNT and green M (green m) permission for 3000 MNT will be issued by the Traffic Police.

A total of 400 “А” permissions for vehicles that are allowed to park at two places will be granted.

One of the two parking areas allowed for “А” permission is at the right side of the main entrance of the Central Stadium. The second parking is near a building, north of the Д (d) parking.

170 “Ж” (j) permissions will be issued. Vehicles with the “Ж” (j) permission will be allowed to park northwest of the Central Stadium.

100 “Д” (d) permissions will be issued. Vehicles with the “Д” (d) permission will be allowed to park northwest of the Central Stadium.

3000  “Ү” (u) and “Г” (g) permissions will be issued. Vehicles with “Ү” (u) and “Г” (g) permissions will be allowed to park at the parking of Suruga Mongol LLC.

3000 green “М” (green m) and 1000 red “М” (red m) permissions will be issued to vehicles at the Khui doloon khudag.

Drivers who are granted red “М” (red m) permission are allowed to park vehicles at the marked places after turning right at the  2nd and 3rd turns on the road to Khui doloon khudad.

Drivers who are grants green “М” (green m) permission are allowed to park vehicles at the marked places after turning at the first turn on the road to Khui doloon khudag.
