The National Military Wrestling Competition 2013 dedicated to all military personnel was held at the Wrestling Palace on Wednesday July 3rd.

A total of 256 wrestlers including the State and aimag ranked wrestlers participated in the competition.

This year the National Military Wrestling Competition was organized on the 90th anniversary of the birthday of State merited lawyer, colonel general and State Garuda J.Avkhia.

The Govi-Altai aimag ranked Lion wrestler L.Tserentogtokh from Khilchin sport committee won the competition with nine rounds defeating A.Altankhuyag the Dundgovi aimag Lion ranked wrestler from Avragch sport committee.

Uvurkhangai aimag ranked Lion, L.Batzorig from Khilchin sport committee and the Zavkhan aimag Elephant ranked B.Badamsuren from Erch sport committee were placed in fourth and third place.

The National Military Wrestling Competition is believed to be a big challenge for wrestlers before Naadam.
