The Development Center of the Children with disabilities was built in Bayanhongor aimag by the Association of Parents with CWDs (APCD). The initial donation was given by a Norwegian tourist and supported by the Municipality of Bayanhongor province (aimag). It has 17 Government paid staff and all the operational costs are from the State Fund. It is not a Centre for CWDs. It is a preparatory stage of CWDs send to kindergartens and regular schools. During the period CWD receives physiotherapy and primary education.
