There are some changes to local train schedule for the Ulaanbaatar-Sainshand service from June 17th till September 9th.

On Mondays every week there will be no service between Ulaanbaatar and Sainshand.

The Ulaanbaatar-Sainshand train will leave at 12:35 am from Ulaanbaatar and arrive at 22:50 pm in Sainshand every Friday from June 21st till September 13th.

The Sainshand-Ulaanbaatar service will leave at 00:30 am and arrive in Ulaanbaatar at 12:15 pm. Changes made to the local train schedule are due to the necessary repairs to the Choir-Naran-Elgen junction. Local trains will run according to the previous schedule from September 14th after finishing the repairs to the junction.
