A job fair to build connections between employers and employees will be held in Ulaanbaatar.

The Mongolian Student Union  announced the organization of  “JOB FAIR-2013” with support of the Ministry of Education and Science in Chinggis Khaan Hotel on June 6th and 7th.

At the job fair the Ministry of Labor, Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Business Council of Mongolia, the Mongolian Employers” Federation, Labor Exchange Central Office and the Mongolian Association of State Alumni will be represented. The best graduates from over 500 national universities, institutes, colleges and representatives of the top 50 entrepreneurs will attend.

The top entrepreneurs and entities will give a brief introduction about human resourcea and receive applications for vacancy notices.

Mongolia is considered  the worlds fastest growing economy driven by the mining boom but the country still faces a lack of qualified personnel in technology and the environment sector.

Therefore the job fair is essential according to the organizers of the event.
