The registration for voter`s abroad for the Presidential Election will finish today, May 29th.
The election law passed by the Mongolian Parliament on December 15th 2011 sets the legal basis for Mongolian voters abroad to take part in elections, guaranteeing their voting rights.

This is the second year that Mongolians abroad have been able to vote in an election since the election law was passed in 2011.

This time Mongolians who settle and work abroad will register and decide whether to vote via e-mail or fax at the Embassy of Mongolia, permanent representative, consulate general  or consulate at their current residential place from May 5th to May 29th.

Therefore the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia is calling Mongolians abroad to register at their consulate office by the end of the day.
