Frontman of Digital hip hop band, Baavar or Sh.Batbayar reportedly left hospital on May 9th, where he had been taken for treatment.

Hip hop singer Sh.Batbayar was suspected for seizing, possessing, saving, transporting and distributing for sale narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and for repeated involvement in organized crimes according to articles 192.3.4 and 192.3.5 of Criminal law. He was detained in 461 detention center of the General Department of Court Decision Enforcement.

Local media reported at the time of the arrest that the hip hop singer had arguments with civilians and then was arrested and detained in a cell of the detention center.

A fire occurred in the cell where he was being detained causing the hip hop singer to suffer 35 percent burns. He was delivered to the Burn Injury Recovery Center.

The hip hop singer was being given treatment for his burns for one month until he left the hospital on Thursday May 9th.

The trial for the suspect of narcotic drugs and possession and use of psychotropic substances was scheduled to be held on April 12th but was postponed without a fixed date due to his health condition.

A source say that the case might be revised when the suspect`s health condition improves.

If the suspect pleads guilty for the case he would face a 10-15 year jail term.
