The case of former secret agent, colonel B.Nyamkhand, was remitted at the trial that was held at Khan-Uul District Court on Thursday March 14th.The trial was held behind closed doors so it is still unclear why the case was remitted.

B.Nyamkhand was suspected of threatening the National Independence, Security and Defense Force of Mongolia by working in a foreign secret force, releasing secret level files during a time of state emergency in the country. An investigation has been carried out for the case since 2011 and was sent back for re-examination from the court a number of times over the past two years.
