The case over the murder of a US citizen was transferred to Songinokhairkhan district court on Wednesday.

Ch.Battuul, 24 years old, is suspected of killing John Martin, who had been her teacher.
The trial date is set to be scheduled in 30 days time.

Suspect Ch.Battuul is accused of murdering John Martin outside of the City, bringing him to Mongolia after making up a story about them teaming up to make a hotel business.

Ch.Battuul is also accused of fraudulently taking 10,000 US dollars from John Martin. The victim was however killed after he gave the money to her.
