The Government wants a draft law to ratify the agreement reached
during the Czech Premier’s just concluded visit on certain issues relating to
social welfare. This will enable Mongolians employed in the Czech Republic
to claim pension from either the Mongolian or the Czech side according to the
period of their work. More than 12,000 Mongolians are registered as working in
the Czech Republic and they now stand a chance of
receiving work-related benefits similar to those available to local citizens.
