President Elbegdorj Tsakhia visited the 197 years old Warsaw University, which is the heart of Culture and Science in Poland, during an official visit to the country. Marcin Palys, the director of Warsaw  University welcomed the President and introduce the newly opened Mongolian studies center at the University. The President expressed his special appreciation when he met professors of Mongolian studies and awarded some scientists with the Mongolian State Prize for their efforts and roles.

The President also visited the Mongolian studies center at the university and opened the library and other facilities to the center after a lecture. In return, the center presented anthological finds of Mongolian studies that are stored in the country. The President`s last destination in Poland was the museum Roads to Freedom in Gdansk.

President Elbegdorj Tsakhia left for Davos after finishing his official visit in Poland. The President will attend the annual world economic forum in Davos in Switzerland.

The Forum will continue until January 25th.
