Mr Rauf Bunyatelev, the Director of the Board of the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, arrived in Mongolia to see the preparation work for the Bodybuilding World Championship that is to be held in Mongolia this year. Mr Bunyatelev held a press conference with journalist on Thursday.

During the press conference Mr Bunyatelev noted that the preparation works undergone so far are going well and stated that the organization of the Bodybuilding World Championship in Mongolia has the potential to be good.

The next annual Bodybuilding World Championship is scheduled to take place on October 17th 2013. Junior and senior competitors from 60 countries will compete in 40-60 different age categories.

Last year the Championship had 35 competitors but the number of competitors is likely to be increased this year.

According to the organizers the Government has promised to support the Championship when Ulaanbaatar hosts the international contest.
