
The Ministry of Industry and Agriculture made a proposal to invest 330 million MNT from bonds left to build a 30-40 km long railroad in a number of places but M.Enkhsaikhan, the Executive Director of Ulaanbaatar Railway instead wanted to spend the bond on an investment into a beneficial project.
Therefore both sides submitted oposing opinions to the Government.
According to an official source, the authorities of the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture and Ulaanbaatar Railway were in dispute over the matter.
Therefore the State Property Committee, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture, made the decision to dismiss M.Enkhsaikhan, the Executive Director of Ulaanbaatar Railway Mongolian-Russian Joint Stock Venture (UBTZ), on Thursday.
