Reports of serious gas explosion incidents were recorded in Darkhan-Uul aimag and Khangai hotel this year.

The incident on December 26th occurred in a newspaper vendors stall at the bus stop in front of Tengis movie theatre. The gas exploded when the newspaper vendor tried to heat the stall. The vendor suffered burns to his face and hands and was taken directly to the hospital.

Experts are now working on the investigation to clarify why the gas explosion happened.
