The Ministry of Justice is discussing the issue whether to extend night club closing time until 04:00 am. The issue was first initiated by E.Bat-Uul, the Governor of the Capital City and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar.

The Ministry of Justice said they will allow night clubs closing time to be extended until 04:00 am if they follow the standards that have been ruled by the Ministry.

In order to extend the closing time of night clubs, they must install cameras inside and outside of the facilities and save the data for a month at least.
