The Standing Committees on Budget, State Structure, Social policy and Education Culture and Science in parliament are to discuss the following issues during today`s plenary session.

The scheduled issues to be discussed are the draft law for new amendments to a law about the Human Development Fund, a decree about the acceptance of the Government`s bond issue by parliament and a draft law about qualified tax advisor`s tasks. Also, a draft law for new amendments to the law about unity special license, draft laws for new amendments to the law about registering bill charges and some issues over the return of some project developers.

The second discussion by the Standing Committee on State Structure will be held in the B Hall to discuss the law about the freedom of press, an issue of revocation of a law, a draft law for the new amendments to the law on Criminal Procedure and a draft law for new amendments on the Civil law.

The Standing Committee on Social policy, Culture, and Science will discuss the draft law to prevent HIV infection, revocation of a law to fight against scatology, revocation of some articles on a regulation about foreigner`s legal status, new amendments to a law about personnel`s private secrecy and a draft law for a new amendment to the labor law in A Hall.

The Standing Committee will also schedule the first discussion about parliament`s decree for new kindergartens, schools, dormitories and gymnastic halls construction during today`s plenary meeting.
