The Executive Board of MPRP,  one of the parties in the MPRP-MNDP Justice coalition, made a decision to withdraw from the coalition Government a week ago. Over the past few days the Deputy head of the Mongolian People`s Revolutionary Party (MPRP) and Deputy Prime Minister D.Terbishdagva announced to make a joint statement with the Mongolian National Democratic Party  (MNDP) but there has been no official statement due to the withdrawal from the coalition Government.

Our journalist asked about the two parties status on the issue from the head of Justice coalition group in parliament, the representative of MNDP, parliamentarian N.Battsereg.

-There was an announcement that MPRP and MNDP are to make a joint statement on the issue. Has the issue about MPRP’s withdrawal from the coalition Government been discussed by the coalition group?

What is the status of MPRP and MNDP?

-The issue about MPRP’s withdrawal from the Government has been discussed by the Justice coalition group.

-MNDP expressed that it is not appropriate to withdraw from the coalition Government for MNDP. For MPRP, the Secretaries General is in talks about the current political situation. Their decision will depend on how the political situation turns out.
