When will a law be implemented about an employee’s working years and compensation of social insurance?  How many people will be covered?

S.Erdene:  This law will benefit approximately 900,000 citizens.  Development procedures of this law will begin in November and a qualifying citizen can get assistance from the law after submitting an application.  When the law is implemented, a staff`s worked years will be increased from 5 to10 years and the size of their pension will reflect that increase.

-Will 21,000 MNT issued by Human Development Fund be refunded to citizens who could not get it before?

D.Bayrsaikhan:  Money issued by the Human Development Fund stopped on July 30th. Even though there were some citizens who did not get money, the Human Development Fund ran out of resources. Therefore, parliament will solve the problem during the 2013 budget discussion. For now, there is no solution but we are ready to refund the money when it is decided. There is also a promise to give 340,000 MNT to older citizens and the handicapped, excluding the three provinces that already received these benefits. When the financial problem is solved all others will be issued money.

-Will the commercial bank charge a fee when the bank transfers the allowance money for children? 

-S.Erdene:  No, the bank will not charge any fees.  If any bank charges a fee a citizen must notify The Ministry of Human Development and Social Welfare or the Administration of Social Assistance and Public Services.  However, you will pay fees if you get the money from an ATM.
