President of Mongolia, Ts.Elbegdorj, attended the Memorandum
of Understanding signing ceremony during the banquet hosted by the Governor of
Zanjan province, Mohammad Radfi Nejad.

The MoU signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, L. Bold, and the
Governor Mohammad Radfi Nejad thus established sister cities relationship
between the city of Karakorum, Uvurkhangai province and Zanjan province, Iran.
