By the unofficial source the General Election Commission is
going to submit parliamentary and Ulaanbaatar City Representative’s election
results to the President of Mongolia on Wednesday. According the law results
should submit within the 15 days.

Some political parties who call new election before changed
they mind and announced they recognizing the election results. The “Justice” coalition
and Mongolian Social Democratic Party said they recognizing results of
election.

According to the preliminary results political parties haven’t
got majority vote to form new government alone. By the preliminary results
Democratic Party has 33, Mongolian people’s Party 29, “Justice” coalition 10,
Civil Will Party 1 and three independent candidates will be in the parliament.

The Democratic Party who has a majority seats will form new
government but they don’t have enough seats, to form new government alone
majority should have at least 39 seats. 2 independent candidates who elected to
the new parliament already announced they will join to “Justice” coalition.

To form government Democratic Party will call for coalition
Mongolian People’s Party or “Justice” coalition. Many observers said Democratic
Party and Mongolian People’s Party will establish coalition again. In 2008
Mongolian People’s Party who got majority seats called Democratic Party to
coalition to avoid to take responsibility for July 1 case, where 5 people died.
By joining into the coalition with Mongolian People’s Party Democratic has
received strong criticism from voters. But democratic Party couldn’t accept
proposal from “Justice” coalition to form new government jointly because it
will harm Democratic Party’s reputation.
