According to the Yo.Sagsai, Deputy of Metropolitan Prosecutor’s
Office court hearing of ex-president Nambar Enkhbayar’s case scheduled on July
18, 2012.

Nambar Enkhbayar was arrested on April 13 this year on charges
of corruption.

A scheduled court-hearing is forth. Previous hearings
postponed because of N.Enkhbayar’s health and absent of his lawyer.
