The Government had reached a conclusion to issue the new electronic identification cards to citizens just before parliamentary election on June 28. According to this process  less than 40,000 voters who lost ID cards have been granted the new electronic identification cards  between December 26 to May 1.

 The State General Registration Office intends to finish ID card printing by June 10 and issuing to citizen for free by June 25.
