On
the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Mongolia
and Japan, the Japanese Art Association “Nikon Seico” and the art gallery “Tsagaandarium”
are organizing an exhibition with Japanese artists from May 31st to June 10th
at Tsagaandarium in Zaisan.  

The
exhibition consists of over 60 art works of 40 professional and
non-professional artists from this association, which has over 100 artists.
Additionally to that, 11 of these Japanese artists have expressed their desire
to visit some of the beautiful places of our country in order to enhance their
creativity and give an original touch to their future works.

The
Head of this Association, Khadami Khidemi the famous painter, started his art collection
while in his 50’s. He is now 75 and visited Mongolia last year by invitation of
the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj.

During
that visit, the President asked him to present Japanese art works to the Mongolian
people and that is why this exhibition is now taking place in Mongolia.
