Standing committee on Justice discussed today Presidential veto on Law on Regulation private and public interest and devided to accept.

Law on regulation private and public interest adopted by the Parliament on January 19, 2012. The law will be effective since July 15, 2012. But President Ts.Elbegdorj’s veto said law should be effective before since May 1. MP D.Lundeejantsan (MPP) have concerned if law will effective since May 1, some preparation work might be not full. D.Battulga, Head of Presidential Office replied preparation will be done by May 1.

Plenary session of parliament will discuss this issue.
