Special session of Parliament of Mongolia starts today, March 5, 2012 started. D.Demberel, Speaker noted that though spring session ended three weeks ago by the urgent reason announced special session. The special session going to discuss such issues like amendment to the Budget law and Local election law.

“Wage rise has negative aspect in whole economy but if arrange correctly could have positive influence. It also one important tool that increase value of mongolians” said D.Demberel in his speech. Parliament planning increase wage this year twice- first from February 1 and secondly from May 1.

Another important issue is Local election law. Two groups DP’s and MPP’s still has disagreement. By the law Parliamentary and Local election to be hel; together one day but MPP’s group insisting to held separately refer to too much expenditure. The Speaker noticed that if two groups has negotiated special session could end before scheduled timetable.

The Special session scheduled for 5 working days.
