A wrestler B.Odkhuu arrested last autumn for  allegedly beating up a citizen. Tough B.Ogkhuu repeatedly involved in incidents, Sukhbaatar district court decided to release him on a bail. Sukhbaatar district prosecutor G.Bat-Ochir said that preliminary investigation into the criminal case against  B.Odkhuu completed. But prosecutor has sent back it to re-investigation in order to review the evidences. The re-investigation is supposed to finish soon. Sukhbaatar district court rejects appeal by prosecutor who opposed to release B.Odkhuu on a bail. Wrestler B.Odkhuu is accused of allegedly attacked a citizen and beaten up autumn 13 last year. Though he escaped through back door after incident, police arrested him in investigation. B.Odkhuu is repeatedly accused of involving such conviction.
