The hearing of senior officials has been postponed till March 14 because of the absence of their two lawyers. Former Chief of General Police Office, major general, Ch.Amarbold, the Metropolitan Police Authority, Mr. O.Zorigt, the head of the Public Discipline Department, colonel Sh.Batsukh have been accused for abuse of power and giving order to fire during July 1 incidents in 2008. The Metropolitan Police Authority, Mr. O.Zorigt`s lawyer N.Ulziisaikhan is being treated in hospital. So that he could not attend yesterday`s hearing. Former Chief of General Police Office, major general, Ch.Amarbold`s lawyer is O.Altangerel while a lawyer D.Enkhtungalag is standing up for Sh.Batsukh. Though the senior officials case is not supposed to be secret, officials held the hearing closed concerning the State secret issues might be talked. Judges accepted major general, Ch.Amarbold`s lawyer O.Altangerel`s request to call Former President N.Enkhbayar, former Prime minister S.Bayar, ex-member of National Security Council D.Lundeejantsan, Minister for Justice and Internal Affairs, Ts.Munkh-Orgil`s presence during the hearing.
