The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science has planned to build 40 kindergartens in the state by state budget and seven secondary schools’ extension by aid of Japanese Government in 2012. Also other 40 kindergartens’ construction work has been planned by aid of the World Bank. 

But officials of the ministry said that MNT800 billion is needed for construction of kindergartens and secondary schools. That is why the ministry is planning to submit a proposal of needed capital to spring session to decide construction work in 2012.
