Managing officials of Ulaanbaatar Administration Office, and the state some organizations received heads of temples at Khangarid Palace on Monday.

There are some 60 Buddhist temples in the capital and some representatives and heads of 30 temples attended a meeting.  The meeting has been aimed to intensify activity of temples to cooperate with the organizations.

Mayor G.Munkhbayar opened the meeting with a speech and he noted that not only lamas but also people could build tranquil living. He also stated that all residents of the capital and local settlements should fight natural environment degradation and should contribute their shares for establishment of clean and developed cities. 

Heads of the temples thanked the organizations that organized the meeting with the aims to improve living condition of the capital and cities. Also they stated that the meeting would contribute for the capital development and further welfare of citizens.
