Asian Championship of Free Style Wrestling was held in Gumi, South Korea from February 16 to 19. Mongolian athletes won six medals at the competition. Ts.Bayarzaya in women’s 67 kg and B.Odonchimeg in women’s 72 kg divisions won silver medals.

B.Bayanmunkh in men’s 60 kg, D.Khuderbulga in men’s 96 kg, J.Chuluunbat in men’s 120 kg, and E.Tsevegmid in women’s 59 kg divisions won bronze medals. Also E.Narangerel in women’s 48 kg, E.Sumiya in women’s 55 kg and Sh.Tumentsetseg in women’s 63 kg divisions were listed at the fifth places.

Women’s team of free style wrestling has been ranked at the fifth of Asia.
