MP E.Munkh-Ochir says all companies doing work at the Tavantolgoi mining project should share their profits with citizens.

He told journalists that some companies that began their activities at the project before the Tavantolgoi negotiations have sold coal and earned profits. He said all businesses that have invested in the Tavantolgoi project and conducted business there should report their profits and share those profits with the people of Mongolia.

He noted that journalists are people, MSC LLC is people, and the profits of Tavantolgoi LLC are the people’s. People should demand profits from the businesses at Tavantolgoi, he said.
