The Ulaanbaatar Civil Assembly held a meeting on January 27, and delegates discussed registering property in the capital, a master plan to develop art in the city, amendments to the capital protocol, and cancellation of another protocol.

Members decided to renovate or repair 640 elevators in apartment buildings at a cost of MNT 5.5 billion. Members also approved a protocol for a master plan from the Ulaanbaatar Culture and Art Office that was submitted to the assembly to develop art and culture in the suburbs and in remote districts of the capital. The assembly asked relevant officials to implement the protocol provisions.
