On Tuesday, Ulaanbaatar city officials received former members of the People’s Great Assembly who ratified the country’s constitution in 1992.

In attendance were 312 former members of the People’s Great Assembly, as well as ambassadors, writers, politicians, and lawyers.

Mayor G.Munkhbayar wished all the best to those who took part in the ratification of Mongolia’s first democratic constitution. He expressed his hope that the former members of the People’s Great Assembly and others responsible for the constitution will continue to contribute to the country’s development.

The former members thanked city officials for receiving them and for organizing a warm meeting.
