The DP’s National Consultative Committee is meeting at the Government House. In a note, DP Chairman N.Altankhuyag has stated his rationale for pulling the party out of the coalition government. He reminded the committee of the political situation after the 2008 parliamentary elections and said it was the DP’s duty to join the MPP in a coalition government at that time.

N.Altankhuyag also slammed the MPP for distorting the reasons for the DP pulling out of the coalition. The note included strong words directed against the MPP.

The DP chairman congratulated ministers L.Bold, Kh.Battulga, S.Lambaa, S.Bayartsogt, and L.Gansukh for their work in the coalition government. He emphasized that the DP continues to work for the development of the country and the welfare of its citizens.
