Honored Actor E.Amartuvshin, the winner of the silver medal at the 14th International Tchaikovsky Competition, will sing the title role in Verdi’s opera Rigoletto at the State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet on January 15.

E.Amartuvshin graduated from the University of Culture and Art in 2009 as an opera singer and has sung for the State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet since 2009. He sang in the operas Vagarious Artists, Dramatic Three Hills, Tear of Lama, and Aida.

He sang an aria from Rigoletto at the Tchaikovsky Competition, moving some in the audience to tears.
