
The “Mongolian Open 2012” will feature freestyle wrestlers from 20 countries, including Russia, the United States, Japan, China, Bulgaria, Romania, South Korea, the Czech Republic, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Canada, France, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
Gold medal winners will receive a cash prize of USD 3,000; silver medalists USD 2,000, and bronze medalists USD 1,000. Also the best men’s and women’s wrestlers will be honored.
The tournament will also feature training sessions for wrestlers. The trainers will be Sergei Beloglazov (Russia), Alejandro Puerto (Cuba), Askari Mohammadian (Iran), Hideaki Tomiyama (Japan), Kevin Darkus (U.S.), Kim Young Sik (North Korea), and Georgi Kaltchev (Bulgaria).
