The Government has rewarded Mongolian athletes who achieved success at international and regional competitions in 2011.Health Minister S.Lambaa received the athletes on December 30 and granted the rewards. He congratulated the athletes and wished them further success.
The following athletes were granted rewards: N.Tuvshinbayar, Labor Hero and 2008 Olympic gold medalist; Ts.Namuuntsetseg, silver medalist at the world youth championship of freestyle wrestling; S.Tserenchimed, bronze medalist at the world youth championship of freestyle wrestling; B.Battsetseg, bronze medalist at the world youth championship of freestyle wrestling;
G.Munkhbat, a Paralympics track and field world championship silver medalist; U.Turbayar, gold medalist at the world kick boxing tournament; M.Borkhuu, silver medalist at the world muaythai kick boxing championship; T.Munkhzul, silver medalist at the world youth chess tournament; and S.Nyam-Ochir and Ts.Munkhzaya, gold medalists at the world cup championship of judo wrestling.
