Honored Artist D.Altankhuyag will perform in the ballet Giselle at the State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet on January 14 and 15.

D.Altankhuyag dances with the Boston Ballet in the United States, but he performs at the State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet whenever he returns home to Mongolia.

For Giselle, he will be joined by Tamara Rojo, a Spanish ballerina with Britain’s Royal Ballet, who will arrive in Mongolia on January 5.

The symphony orchestra will be conducted by Mark Churchill, a dean emeritus at the New England Conservatory in the United States.
