The Mongolian government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have reached an agreement on financing the building of roads in the west region of the country.

Finance Minister S.Bayartsogt and ADB Permanent Representative Robert Goelhammer were scheduled to sign the agreement at the Finance Ministry on Thursday.
