The president of Mongolia’s National Olympic Committee, D.Zagdsuren, received a delegation of FIFA officials who are visiting Mongolia at Olympic House on Thursday.

The delegation is visiting until November 6 at the invitation of the Mongolian Football Federation (MFF).

D.Zagdsuren spoke about the present status of sports in Mongolia, and exchanged views on ways to cooperate with FIFA to develop football in Mongolia.

The MFF has been a member of FIFA since 1998 and has successfully implemented FIFA programs and projects. The latest is construction of a Football Palace, which will be opened on November 12. FIFA officials are studying the development of football in Mongolia, football players’ skills, and football clubs’ activity during their visit.

The president of the Asian Football Federation, Zhang Jilong, will come to Mongolia to attend the Football Palace opening ceremony.
