The State Supreme Court (SSC) will hear the appeals of former Anti-Corruption Authority (ACA) chief Ch.Sangaragchaa and two other ACA officials on October 19.

Ch.Sangaragchaa, ACA deputy chief D.Sunduisuren, and the head of the ACA’s executive board, U.Altangadas, were each sentenced to at least two years in prison for betraying secrets and violating their executive authority.

Ch.Sangaragchaa and D.Sunduisuren are being detained in Zaisan prison. U.Altangadas is being detained in Takhir Soyot prison.

At the hearing, the SSC will discuss evidence presented at the men’s trials, as well as lower court rulings in their cases.
