The Ulaanbaatar Democratic Union has submitted a query to Mayor G.Munkhbayar asking him to propose solutions to some of the problems facing residents of the capital.

Here are the questions:

1. Does Mayor G.Munkhbayar know what percentage of the city’s residents have been affected by respiratory and communicable diseases due to air pollution and garbage in the city?
2. Does Mayor G.Munkhbayar know about time-consuming traffic jams in the capital, and does he know how many citizens have died from traffic accidents? How much damage has resulted from traffic accidents, and how many citizens have had their rights violated? 
3. Public order in Ulaanbaatar has been lost and crime is increasing due to alcohol consumption, poverty, and the spread of disorder in the city. Does the Mayor know how many people have become victims of crimes?
4. There is evidence that city officials have engaged in malfeasance. Does G.Munkhbayar know how many Ulaanbaatar residents have been deprived of their property or assets due to the aforementioned malfeasance? 
5. Thousands residents of Ulaanbaatar have lost their right to live in a healthy and safe condition. What measures has the Mayor implemented to restore that right and to reimburse citizens for having that right violated?

The union members requested a reply from the mayor.
