The DP announced at a press conference on Thursday that it has sent an urgent note to Prime Minister S.Batbold, reaffirming the constitutional right of ger district residents to live and to study in a healthy and safe environment.

The DP had earlier demanded free two-room apartments for all households in ger districts, the money to come from the mining revenue.

The DP now demands that the Prime Minister take steps to that effect by October 25, 2011, failing which he should resign.
