On Tuesday, 2008 Olympic silver medalist and world champion P.Serdamba defeated Columbian boxer Ceiber Avilla by one point, 13-12, at the 2011 AIBA World Boxing Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan.

That means P.Serdamba has earned a spot in the 2012 London Olympics and advances to the championship quarter-finals.
