Speaker D.Demberel met with the outgoing ambassador from Japan, T.Kidoro, at the Government House on Wednesday.

T.Kidoro has served as the Japanese ambassador to Mongolia for two and a half years.
D.Demberel praised the ambassador for his efforts toward furthering mutual cooperation between the two nations, and he awarded him the highest state order, “Altan Gadas,” or “North Star.”

D.Demberel noted that two nations will mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations next year, and said he looked forward to continued progress and cooperation in relations.
T.Kidoro expressed his gratitude to the speaker for inviting him to the Government House, and gave special thanks to Mongolians for helping the Japanese people in difficult times.
