A hearing for a former manager of Erdene Suvarga LLC accused of using another person’s name to borrow MNT 30 million from Khaan Bank has been delayed. D.Enkhmandakh is also accused of fraudulently obtaining four vehicles worth MNT 15 million from the director of Erdene Suvarga LLC, B.Suvdaa, and the firm’s founder D.Bat-Erdene.

A hearing scheduled for Thursday in Chingeltei district court was postponed when the judges ruled that documents pertaining to the case were not in order. A representative of the Ulaanbaatar Civil Representatives Assembly, a Khaan Bank official, B.Suvdaa, and D.Bat-Erdene took part in the hearing.

D.Enkhmandakh was arrested in Khuvsgul aimag by order of the Prosecutor General in 2010 and was detained. She has since been released on bail for health reasons. She told the media last March that she is not guilty, and that she and her family have been slandered by the accusations.
